“Love thy neighbor. Or at least tolerate his chainsaw.”
Two deeply dysfunctional, diametrically opposed neighbors — one a perpetually enraged misanthrope, the other a chaotic, chainsaw-wielding hedonist — must navigate the daily annoyances of suburban life on the most obnoxious street in town, surrounded by a bizarre cast of local oddballs. The series is an episodic, fast-paced dark comedy focused entirely on petty, suburban conflicts taken to absurd extremes. Each episode centers around a new, infuriating disturbance created by Fun Boi (or one of the other eccentric locals), and Mr. Curmudgeon's escalating, blood-boiling attempts to shut it down. The humor lies in the intense, almost violent buildup of Mr. Curmudgeon's rage, contrasting with the anticlimactic, oddly amicable resolutions.
